Work with other motivated people!

Do you feel more motivated when surrounded? Then the group sessions are for you! These small group sessions (4-6 people) are ideal to workout with others, but still get proper supervision from a coach.

Have fun with game-like exercises!

Alison prepares fun workouts to work hand-in-hand with others and push yourself. The exercises are fit for all the members but adapted for each individual person (e.g.using different weights, lighter or heavier).

  • Glutes Only

    Strength training, focus on lower body and working on the muscle-mind connection

  • Sweat&Sculpt

    Hit training, focus on lower body, upper body and abs, high intensity training.

  • Stretching

    Improve your flexibility, while learning how to proprely breathe and reconnect with your body.

  • Gym&Twerk

    Hit training, learn how to twerk in a fully body positivity environment while strengthening your legs, glutes & core

Group Session, what can you expect?

Group sessions are great to motivate you and get hyped by others, push each other and have fun. The groups are still small enough so that Alison can correct each member and help you reach your goals.
